THE CHALLENGE
When Graphic Communications Group Limited prepared to celebrate its 70th anniversary, the opportunity was bigger than a commemorative campaign.
The goal was to create something that rewarded loyal consumers, strengthened partnerships, and generated measurable commercial value at scale.
Instead of simply executing a promotion, we developed the business case behind it.
WHAT WE DID
- We designed the original campaign concept and structured the promotion to run across both MTN Group and Vodafone Ghana platforms to maximize participation and reach.
- From campaign mechanics and participant verification to prize management and winner selection, we oversaw the entire execution lifecycle.
- We also coordinated a revenue sharing structure that aligned incentives across all participating stakeholders.
THE IMPACT
- The campaign generated more than GH₵2M+ in revenue.
- Consumer participation funded all giveaways while creating surplus revenue for participating partners.
- More importantly, the campaign demonstrated how telecom enabled promotions could become sustainable commercial models for media brands looking to deepen audience engagement while generating new revenue streams.
