Moments Analytics (“Moments”, “we”, “us”) helps brands, agencies, and experiential teams run campaigns, track activations, and measure results in real time.
What we collect

– Campaign and workspace data, including activations, promoter assignments, locations, dates, game setup, QR or NFC activity, and reports
– Consumer interaction data submitted through campaigns, such as form entries, scans, prize claims, attendance, and engagement activity
– Billing and subscription details
– Support messages and demo requests
– Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, and platform activity
How we use it
We use this information to:
– Create and manage accounts and workspaces
– Run campaigns and generate reports
– Provide support and product updates

Client campaign data and workspace separation
Each client workspace is separate. Access is role-based, and only authorized users can see the data inside that workspace.
We do not share one client’s campaign data with another client or competitor.
We do not sell campaign data.

– Hosting, payment, email, and support vendors that help us run the service
– Team members and contractors who need access to deliver the service
– Legal authorities, if required by law
– A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or merged
Consumer engagement activities
We may collect and process data generated through consumer engagement activities, including scans, attendance, form entries, prize claims, game participation, and other campaign interactions. This data is used only to run the campaign, measure performance, and improve reporting for the client workspace it belongs to.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, including access controls, workspace separation, and secure hosting practices.
No system is perfect, but we work to protect client data and limit access to authorized people only.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. After that, we delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
